Return Process

  Pack Securely

  Place your jewelry in its original designer packaging, including all certificates and appraisal documents, and secure it inside a shipping box.

  Ship with Insurance

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label and drop off your package at an authorized carrier location; ensure the package is insured for its full value.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our gemologists verify the item's condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
